Renewal, Suspension, Revocation
Renewal
Digital signature devices run for three years and can be renewed for a further 3 years. Renewal applications can only be sent online via the InfoCamere website, starting from 90 days before the deadline.
Suspension
In case of loss or prolonged non-use, it is possible to suspend the validity of a device. You can only apply online for such suspension, via the InfoCamere website. Signature certificates can only be reactivated online, via the InfoCamere website or contacting the InfoCamere help desk.
Revocation
If a device have been lost, stolen, broken, or accidentally blocked, or if the holder’s data has been changed, it is possible to revoke the device.
You can apply for revocation online via the InfoCamere website or filing a revocation form with a photocopy of a valid ID attached:
- in person at a one-stop desk of any branch of the Chamber of Commerce. You can book an appointment via Servizi online, choosing the slot "Acquisto Firma digitale/Carta Nazionale Servizi";
- via PEC (Certified Email), sending a request to cciaa@pec.
milomb.camcom.it by a certified email address.
