Model contract for tourism purposes

The Chamber of Commerce has completed the first step of a project on short term home and vacation rentals, which will continue and expand during 2020. In particular, as part of this project, a model contract for “Short term home & vacation rentals” has been drafted together with the relevant Guidelines, which will ensure clarity and ease of use.

The project has involved several market players (trade/consumer associations) who, under the Chamber’s guidance, have reached an agreement on a simple, balanced text of immediate use.

Both documents were presented at two public events held on December 4, 2019, and January 22, 2020. As of today, the model contract is available in Italian, English, German, Russian, and Chinese.

Handbook/Model Contract on technological plants

As part of its endeavor against unauthorized installers (Min. Decree 37/2008), the Chamber of Commerce has taken part in a project on technological plant installation. The project led to the drafting of a Model Contract, a Handbook for consumers, and an Authorized Installers Search Engine.
