Digital signature devices have to be requested in person (it is not possible to delegate) as follows:

  • Through the EasyFirma service, which allows you to book and pay for the device in advance, if you cannot personally go to one of the Chamber of Commerce branches. In order to complete the procedure online, you have to set up facial recognition via webcamAfter that, the device will be sent by courier to the chosen address;
  • In person at the one-stop desks of any Chamber of Commerce branch.

To request a device you need:

  • A valid identity document;
  • An Italian tax code;
  • An email address.

The applicant for a digital signature will receive:

  • The relevant contract;
  • The receipt, with the handwritten signature both of the applicant and of the of the office worker at the one-stop desk;
  • The digital device, ready to use;
  • A scratch folder with:
    • Terms and conditions;
    • Bar code, PIN, PUK, user code, and card number.

The remote digital signature can be requested by anyone who already has a smart card or token, issued by this Chamber of Commerce.

Costs and how to pay
The administrative fees are as follows:

  • €25.00 per smart card;
  • €70.00 per token;
  • €14.99 per remote digital signature.

In case of first issue of a digital signature device, requested by the legal representative or by the owner of a business, there is no fee due per smart card.

The payment can be made:

  • at the Chamber's one-stop desks, by debit/credit card (no American Express), smartphone, and smartwatch;
  • only in case of facial recognition via webcam, through the PagoPA service, which is available online when recognition is carried out.
