Deeds

You can request a copy of:

• deeds of any business registered in the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi;
• deeds of any business registered in the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce of other Italian provinces since 19/02/1996.

For any business registered in the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, you can also request to inspect the court file or the Chamber of Commerce file.

Annual accounts

You can request a copy of:

• annual accounts of any corporation registered in the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan Monza Brianza Lodi;
• annual accounts of any corporation registered in the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce of other Italian provinces, and with a balance sheet date following 31/12/1993.

Copies of annual accounts can be issued in the following types:

Complete annual accounts - including:
Asset and liability statement
Income statement
Additional note
Registration receipt
Approval report
Board od Directors' report and Board of Auditors' report (if any)

Annual accounts - including:
